"Pros : Nice Riad - has been renovated meticulously and beautifully . Nice roof top view. Staff -very nice , helpful and polite . Clean , spacious , windows overlook central atrium ( no outside windows - authentic riad ) Cons: Not like a hotel - so even though front desk services are supposed to be from 7 - 11, it’s hit or miss if reception will answer your call . 3 min walk to riad from car through a stone w from "

"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...
