Oaks Melbourne St Kilda Road Hotel
This is a 3 star property 2 of our 5 nights there our room wasn’t serviced The lighting in the room is terrible - no option to only have some of the lights on - it’s all or nothing and there are fluoro type lights above the tv making very poor viewing. The Kinson
Lack of staff. They use an AI for contacting reception. Room was pretty dirty in general. We stayed because of the proximity to Albert Park and the F1 but would not choose to stay here again

The Olsen Melbourne - Art Series
It was perfect for the one night that I needed. I arrived very late and enjoyed the fact that they have 24hr front desk clerks for check ins. I was able to park on the street nearby. Though I got lucky.
