"The room was had water all over floor as the windows leaked. As a result the room was very very damp. There were no options to move apparently that night. Also arrived late and parking full. Was told I could either pay valet or “park across street”. This was during a tropical rainstorm. Staff was helpful and kind. "

"This hotel is in an excellent location. Shops and restaurants are literally within walking distance, and the hotel itself was nice and clean. Not to mention, the staff were wonderful. The only issue we had were the prices of the restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay, and we would highly recommend it."

"There was an event that was happening the evening of the day that I arrived. The lobby and all areas around attempting to enter the building, getting to the front desk to check in, getting to the restaurant, getting to the elevator, etc. were all blocked by people standing around drinking & talking. They should've used a room on the property for their group. And, allow guests to enter lobby, access restaurant & elevators. Blocking access is a safety & fire hazard. And give impression that group...
