A basic motel with a price to match so feel good value if watching your budget. Staff helpful and friendly. Only suggestion is maybe a glass or two and some cutlery as only a couple of cups and saucers. Bed comfortable and shower good. Thanks for a good stay.

Very friendly reception staff. The room is spacious with everything you need for a night away from home. It is very convenient close to the train station, cafes and shopping centre. The property needs some cosmetic update though.

My stay was quiet and the room was tidy, minimal but perfect for my needs as I was quite busy. I loved the shower pressure- nice and strong. Bed was comfy and the room had a good sized feel. Only thing I would want for next time is a brief map of the motel as I was sire there was a laundry there but couldn't find it. Overlall I'd stay there again

We’re from country Victoria here in Melbourne for early AM medical appointment so it was nice to have a comfortable & clean room which had extra pillows plus an extra blanket, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The tea & coffee making facilities were handy and the motel is located in a quiet area. Off street parking is included & the free Wifi was also handy. Furthermore, the front desk customer service provided was very pleasant & prompt.

cheap but unpleasant

if you want to be near beaconsfield then this is a cheap and not very nice option. the location is easy to find and close to beaconsfields shops and dining options. the rooms have been renovated but the cleaning is poor. the bed very uncomfortable.

Room was in need of renovation. Fittings are old and paintwork in very poor condition. Superficially the room looked clean but on closer inspection it had not been well cleaned at all. Handy location to Beaconsfield shopping centre and to St. John of God Hospital.

Some of the old reviews had made us nervous about this place, but we were pleasantly surprised. The motel room had been "refreshed" and was clean with a good shower and comfortable bed. Good budget accommodation in a great location for shops and transport, but back from the highway, so quite and secure.
