Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The worst mistake I have ever made by booking this place! Drawn by the convenient location and price, what I ended up finding was a terrible place: filthy and unliveable; nothing remotely close to the pictures on the hotel’s website! Never again!

Disliked: Check-in
Showed up at 3:15pm for my 3pm check in expecting to check in for my room. Reception was locked, with a number on the door to call. Called the number and the manger told me the room had been deemed ‘unsafe from an electrician’. He also let me know that the property was fully booked for the night. I made other arrangements by myself as no substitute accommodation was offered. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
