This hotel is walking distance to the QVM. Note that QVM only opens on certain days. It is also walkable to the train station and tram. The laundry room in the hotel is a bonus.

Good place if you would like to stay in CBD. Close to shops and tourist places like Queen Victoria Market or Melbourne Museum. The facility is getting dated with equipment showing its age (noisy Aircon and fridge, broken window locker). With all of that it's clean and offers reasonable parking option in the building. I will definitely come back sometime in the future as it's handy location.

Was overall an amazing stay, nice staff. Drilling works in the city started at 7:30am and woke us up, were very loud and the only other slight problem was the toilet flusher and the tap seemed a little outdated

This is my second time staying here. Still doing good but there’s only one complaint when it comes to daily housekeeping. Would much appreciated it if the housekeeping can do some dusting too on the tables and bedside lamps. Location wise, QVM is walking within walking distance and near public transportation stations.
