El servicio es excelente, recomendada la parrilla o carnes asadas espectacular la comida las habitaciones son súper cómodas para familias con niños y lo mejor aceptaron nuestra mascota . La piscina espectacular y la música .excelente hotel para descansar .

I travel quite often and this hotel was my worst experience EVER!! Given a room less than what I booked, no running hot water, when I questioned staff was told the room o rented does not come with hot water. A/C never worked, I made sure when I booked this hotel had A/C because location of my vacation has excruciating heat.Handy men in my room at 7 am. My shoes were stolen from poolside, bed Bugs on curtains, last but not least in an effort to cool down I sat on patio for some fresh air. Table frame was so rusted it collapsed and broke before me mind you table too was made of glass. Managements only effort to resolve this entire experience was a tiny discount. HORRRIBLE place to stay. Oh I forgot to mention beds were equivalent to sleeping on stones

The hotel looks like it is an abandoned place. No internet access in the rooms. In the reception and “restaurant”, Wifi does not work. The tv does not work either (no service). I would avoid it at all cost.

Although I had a negative experience the first day of my stay, the manager made sure the rest of my vacation was pleasant. I got assigned a better room that improve the bad starts. I have to applaud the staff, they are super friendly and courteous. The food was great too in the restaurant.

Precio exagerado

Lo malo: El precio es exagerado para el servicio e instalaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero no tienen agua caliente, nevera, ni forma de comunicarse con la recepción. El desayuno bufet no es bufet, el hotel limita el consumo de los huevos, las frutas, bebidas, etc. Almorzarmos a la carta y el pedido tomo más de 30 minutos y la carne estaba dura. La porción es pequeña. Lo bueno : Los empleados son muy muy amables y el hotel es muy limpio.
