"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."

Zimmer & Ausstattung: Der Minimalismus ist extrem: Es gibt keinen Schrank (nur 6 Bügel). Das Waschbecken ist zugleich Küchenspüle (Spülzeug muss man besorgen). Steckdosen fehlen. "Der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist sehr sehr schlecht, man sollte hier dazu schreiben, dass nur Menschen, die wirklich sehr gut zu Fuß sind dort unterkommen können, denn es ist tatsächlich ein sehr steiler, steiniger Aufgang. Tanya war vor Ort für uns zuständig und jederzeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider ist die Möglichkeit am Pool sehr begrenzt und man kann es nicht wirklich genießen bei der Sauberkeit, naja, da bin ich vielleicht ein wenig empfindlich es war oberflächlich sauber nur man durfte halt...

"We loved the stay here. The villas we stayed in was nicely sized, had all the amenities we needed. short walk to the nearby beach. others can access it but villas had their own lounge chairs with key. Main pool only open 5pm and later but each unit has a pool if needed. honestly, ocean is so much better as the water is clear and temperature perfect. few restaurants in walking distance. store just a short 2 minutes drive. central location about hour to chania, 90 minutes to south side. "

Every member of the team went above and beyond anything we could have expected. They anticipated our family's needs before we even realized them ourselves, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Their exceptional hospitality didn't end when we checked out - they continued to follow up with thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for places to visit, which made the rest of our trip even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience."

"We had never been to Crete before and we have loved it. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with sea views. All the staff are fantastic, excellent service and incredibly helpful when organising excursions. The rooms we had were clean and met our expectations. Being slightly outside Agia Pelagia itself means that it is a little quieter but it is easy to get to the beach when you want to. The food we had at the hotel surpassed our expectations, breakfasts were plentiful of high quality and great variety. Evening meals were amazing, we ate at several taverna/restaurant by the beach at Agia Pelagia and the food was good, but the hotel restaurant quality and flavours were amazing. I have two teenage boys who would live on pizza and burgers given the chance but they loved their meals. That in itself is high praise. The service from George and his team was brilliant, we never met the chefs but a big thank you to them. The pianist on Monday evenings and Cretan night on Friday lent a special dimension to our stay and the latter was great fun. We were very sad to leave as we had an amazing holiday. Thank you Happy Cretan"

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"We booked a loft suite for a week. From the moment we arrived till we left what more can you say other than.. Brilliant. The hotel is really well laid out and whilst it’s big it never gives the feeling of an all inclusive full of guests. If you want privacy, relaxation and away from the normal crowds then this is a great choice. The food is brilliant and honestly the choice and quality is fantastic. The desserts are something else. The genuine care and friendliness of the team who work here are probably what stands out. Well worth it and would highly recommend."
