"The staff were nice and friendly. The location is about half an hour walk to the center. There is no parking with the unit, but there is free street parking around the area if you are lucky to find one. The room is pretty sizeable and the bed was comfortable. There is a mini fridge and AC in the room for extra heating. "

I arrived very late in the evening and she accommodated my every need for entry etc, also gave me very useful insight to the area….honestly my stay was just fantastic. "This is a very interesting place set in an 18C mansion. The owner is very friendly and gave us a tour of the historic public rooms. The room was huge, very well heated (it’s January) and comfortable. The lovely garden under lemon trees was charming. Nice breakfast served in the sumptuous ballroom."

"Les 3 passés à l'hôtel Etna était superbe ! Un peu excentré mais proche des commodité et de l'autoroute pour visiter les alentours de Catane. Le gérant de l'hôtel s'est montré adorable et nous a aidé à trouvé une voiture de location un jour de dimanche de Pacques quand toutes agences étaient full ou fermées, grâce à lui nous avons pu aller voir Etna ! Le staff est adorable, possibilité de checkin plus tot, super literie ! Bruyant le matin avec la circulation, mais je recommande 100% "

"Help from Andrea with nearby parking and transport with luggage to/from Ortigia was excellent. Also breakfast staff member was super helpful. The property itself is tired and in need of upgrades. There is a totally inadequate space for breakfast seating, with no dedicated tables or chairs and no easy access back into reception area if guests are seated at basic outdoor sofas. "
