"I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour (kick back) from 5:30–7:00 PM with free food and alcoholic beverages. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The biggest downside was the television service. There were only about seven channels available, and most of them were weather channels that weren’t even for the area we were visiting. It would have been nice to have more entertainment options, such as Netflix or other streaming services. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the TV options could definitely be improved."

"The hotel was clean and it was a quick and easy check in/out. The terrible part was our bed, it sunk in the middle and made lots of noise when you tried to move. The shower was clean but felt like you might fall through the floor. It was 1 night but you expect the beds to be comfortable being that you mainly need a hotel to sleep."

"This hotel needs seperate parking for its guests. As it is, parking is shared with resturants, stores, and apartments! Our room, 427, top floor, suffered from what sounded like utility equipment on the roof; a deep, throbbing rumble, not unlike a diesel locomotive idling. The floor need a good cleaning, my bare feet bottoms were black entering the shower. The long tray shower was extremely slippery, a rubber mat was needed, I used a towel to avoid falling. It seems the shower tray was not thouroughly rinsed after cleaning leaving a very slippery residue. Also, the open shower concept, ie no door, was not comfortable, too much "cold" air."

"When we arrived, we ask the man outside for valet to take our bags up. He said they didn’t do it and brought us a cart to load ourselves which was hard to steer. The breakfast was sparse and not open at 10:45 because they were setting up for lunch."
