"Back entrance was filthy, the welcome was filthy, floor was dirty with trash bits, dust and spill spots, windows and walls were gross with prints, marks, and spots. The room itself smelt moldy and was dark, dingy and felt gross. When I checked the beds and bedding the comforter was disgusting and looked moldy. The staff brought us a new comforter when we said it was dirty but didn’t bring new sheets or offer to change it."

You may hear your neighbors a little i the next roo, but the outdoor ambience and location and socializing are all wonderful. My lower rating this visit was the very difficult check-in. I arrived at 7:30 pm so followed t..he instructions to call for remote help to sign-in, but after13 minutes, the automated message continued without anyone picking up the line..."

"Outdoor veranda was outstanding and rooms are spacious and clean w good amenities (especially the shared kitchen is a helpful attribute sometimes). Good location for hiking and biking (even to Boulder) w trails and multi-use paths. Very secure spot. Only hiccup is after 5pm access sometimes when booking through 3rd party sites. Requires logging in to get required check-in info including outer door access, room number and room keys. However they do provide landlines w numbers to call that are...

"Great property, didn't know anything about a $50 per room deposit. The most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only other problem was the Smart TV keep losing connection. Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Pool and fitness center were clean as well"

"Overall the stay was great. They have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and bed was soft. The pillows were a little flat if you like thick fluffy ones. The only downside was the breakfast. They have a really nice coffee machine but the (powdered) eggs and turkey sausage patties were pretty nasty. It’s already included in the cost (advertised as free) of the room. Save your taste buds and travel somewhere for breakfast."
