"We had an amazing vacation in the Keys and truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very comfortable, the beds were clean, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We also loved the location—it was convenient and beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was seeing so many deer around the property, which made the experience even more special. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice if guests staying for a week or longer could receive housekeeping service at least twice...

"We loved the ocean view family suite. Beautiful decor, plenty of space and beautiful ocean views from the balconies. It had all the items we needed and really nicely furnished. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Unfortunately, due to understaffing, pool area became cluttered and messy with used towels and food items during busier times. The shuttle service to old town was a huge plus and helpful since we didn’t want to rent a car. Would definitely stay there...

"Loved this hotel with amazing staff and great amenities. Full bar with good food & drinks at the pool. The room was very clean and modern with a great view of palm trees & the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from the front desk, excursions desk, pool bar, breakfast nook and shuttle driver. All treated us with great kindness like old friends. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!"

"Loved how clean the rooms were. A few more blankets in the room just in case would be nice for the fold out couch. Otherwise we had an amazing time."
