"This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. "Location is good with quiet and secluded surroundings. The rooms were clean but the toilets and bathrooms were dirty. Sometimes the flushes were not working or there were issues with the drainage. Staff was prompt to respond but the property need some regular maintenance work. Breakfast options were good."
