"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The rooms are outdated and have a strong baby powder smell. While they provide the necessities, the furniture and overall condition need improvement — both chairs in our room were stained. There was also a private party during our stay, and the noise and music carried on until 2 a.m., making it hard to sleep.
