"Un cauchemar. IsolĆ© Ć  35 minutes de toute civilisation aprĆØs un dĆ©dale de routes dĆ©foncĆ©es Ć  900m dā€™altitude Personnel agressif nous traitant de voleur car ne savent pas vĆ©rifier quā€™une rĆ©servation est prĆ©payĆ©e et nous demande un rĆØglement indu. Violence pour tenter de nous mettre dehors de la chambre aprĆØs le dĆ®ner . Viande avariĆ©e au restaurant. Ne prenne ni la carte bancaire ni les virementsā€¦ Chambre relativement propre mais un lieu pour sĆ»r Ć  fuir! Ma pire expĆ©rience de voyageur...

"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"Careful: Front desk will try to trick you and charge you more The area is breath-taking, the weather was awesome. Breakfast was good, and the staff there were nice people Front desk person was not nice: the front desk person tried to take money from us without due right. We requested a late checkout, and he checked with the manager and told us that we have until 1pm, and if we stay 1 minute longer we would have to pay 20 Euros per room (we had 5 rooms), and we were down 12:45pm to make sure we do not exceed the allowed time, and then he requested 20 Euros per room because we stayed beyond 12pm (the original checkout time). When we told him that he allowed us to stay until 1pm, he lied and said that I told you this was for a charge, when we insisted, he said, I have cameras monitoring the lobby and everything is recorded, and when we insisted to see the video to prove that he told us that we will be charged for the the extra hour, he just said: never mind, I will just not charge you."
