Très belle plage privée propre et surveillée. Grande piscine. Chambres correctes de bon confort qui mériteraient une mise à niveau et un peu plus d’éclairage. Restaurant ok sous forme de buffet pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner.

Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb jeglicher Zivilisation. Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich schön und liegt direkt an einem sehr schönen Sandstrand. Allerdings ist die Anlage selbst, der Pool und die Whirlpools und die Zimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müssten renoviert werde. Die Anlage und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich - das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und die Auswahl ist sehr eingeschränkt. Es gibt Abends täglich Musik - eher für älteres Publikum. Zu anderen Restaurants muss man mit dem Auto fahren.

Something to consider

Overall we were satisfied with the stay, but we definitely expected more considering the price. Pros: -Nice pool and close to the sea -great breakfast for Italian standard Cons -Service could be better (low service level and staff don't bother to serve customers in the pool area/bar but prefer to sit at their own table with colleagues) -We had to change room 2 times as AC didn't work and fridge was defective -Horrible wifi coverage which is a must as there is no Cellular connection -Lunch at hotel (kitchen) is very disappointing - No restaurant or shops around the hotel

Une nuit étape

Une nuit étape, il faisait mauvais temps donc dommage, nous n'avons pas pu profiter des installations extérieures de l'hôtel (grande piscine - plage privée - bar ). Localisation facile avec le GPS. Réception : accueil très professionnel en anglais Parking : nous avons pu laisser la voiture sur le parking employé je crois, sinon c'est dans la rue, on nous a dit que pour une nuit, aucun souci pour laisser la voiture sur ce parking Chambre : tout confort, grande bouteille d'eau offerte, petite terrasse privative, grand lit, salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, état neuf, seul le wifi était vraiment de mauvaise qualité Restaurant : buffet pour les antipastis et les desserts et menu pour le reste - 25€ par tête - "fontaine" à vin à discrétion - service rapide - c'était bon Petit-déjeuner : rien ne manque - comme d'habitude en Sicile les jus de fruits ne sont pas bons Conclusion : hôtel qui fait plus club de vacances qu'hôtel 4 étoiles mais vu le peu de clients à ce moment, nous n'avons absolument pas été dérangé.

Deludente!

Incantevole la location e bella la struttura...il resto è approssimazione e scarsa professionalità! Belle le piscine (una immensa per adulti, una per piccini e ben tre vasche idromassaggio) con, sullo sfondo, lo splendido mare (a pochi metri); confortevoli le camere nonostante l'assenza del frigobar ( alle nostre rimostranze, ci veniva risposto che avendo aperto la struttura da poco non erano riusciti ad installarli per tempo)! L'esiguo numero degli impiegati congiuntamente alla pessima gestione della struttura fanno apparire tale resort come un antiquato villaggio vacanze...! I pochi impiegati, nonostante gli sforzi profusi, non riescono minimante a mantenere pulita la struttura ( cicche di sigarette e cartacce ovunque, persino attorno alla piscina, complice l'inciviltà di parecchi clienti): l'unico barista, per cercare di pulire i tavolini, abbandona il bar per lunghissimi minuti lasciando gli avventori in una assurda attesa! Pessimo, pessimo ed ancora pessimo l'unico ristorante che non prevede un menu a la carte ma soltanto un menu a prezzo fisso (35 euro per mangiare malissimo)! "L'assurdo" viene raggiunto e superato quando riceviamo un diniego dal ristorante alla nostra richiesta di un solo secondo per la nostra bimba di poco più di 2 anni! Dopo severe rimostranze riuscivo ad ottenere una misera fetta di petto di pollo più somigliante ad una vecchia soletta di vecchie scarpe ad un prezzo inverosimile, 15 euro!!

Bel hôtel à l'écart de la ville, en bord de mer. Service aimable. Chambre propre, confortable mais un peu bruyante selon l'endroit (bord de route). Bon petit déjeuner excepté les jus de fruit imbuvables.

Relax

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ideale per relax e per godersi lo splendido mare. Hotel tipicamente per famiglie e coppie. Bella l'area piscina con ben tre jacuzzi. Spiaggia privata molto tranquilla e dotata di campo di beach volley. Anche con tute le stanze occupate le aree comuni non risultano mai affollate.

Eigener Strand

Das Hotel liegt abgelegen - dafür aber direkt am eigenen Sandstrand. Die großzügige Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck, verfügt über einen Pool, den Strand und eigenes Restaurant / Bar. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, wenn auch merkwürdig angeordnet - kreisförmig zeigen die Türen und Fenster in einen Innenhof. Unser Zimmer machte einen etwas feuchten Eindruck- wasverständlich ist, bei der Nähe zum Meer, innenliegendem Bad und "Belüftung" über die Zimmertür/Fenster in den kleinen Innenhof. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, das Abendessen mittelmäßig - mit Blick auf Preis, Bedienung und Qualität.

Schöner Hotelstrand und Poolanlage. Moderne Zimmer, nettes Personal. Wir hatten zum Glück ein GPS sonst ist es schwierig das Hotel zu finden. Waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

Perdersi in un bicchier d'acqua. Un vero peccato !

Location molto bella, gestione clientela che pecca di non poche lacune. Ok camerieri di tavolo e barman ; buffet di prima colazione paragonabile ad un B&B economico ,qualità e varietà al limite della sufficienza. Camere piccole, sistema di tende di oscuramento inesistente, mosche ovunque; piscina, idro e spiaggia belle; ma attenzione al servizio ristorante, € 40 a persona per una cena a menu fisso che non li vale assolutamente ma se avessimo scelto la 1/2 pens. per tutte 2 notti ne avremmo pagati 15 a persona ,una sproporzione ingiustificabile per l'aver scelto come ospiti di cenare 1 sola volta ; Un servizio reception che non è stato adeguatamente chiaro nel spiegare tale differenza , non specificando con la dovuta attenzione, il costo a persona ; morale la nostra incapacità di capire veniva sopraffatta dall'impossibilità di non essersi spiegato del sig. Claudio(a suo dire, non avevamo compreso). Dubbio: forse è meglio far pagare € 80 una cena che 30 ? D’altronde la giustificazione stava che la cena proposta al pubblico esterno ha quel prezzo. Quindi siamo stati trattati come ospiti esterni . Peccato, nessuna intenzione di fidelizzare il cliente ; non è stata mossa nessuna azione di mediazione che potesse trovare soluzione al nostro dissenso e malcontento, se non quella di pagare quanto richiesto e andarcene con la certezza DI NON TORNARE , MAI PIU'. Complimenti un vero esempio di marketing creativo!un ottimo investimento pubblicitario.Bravi!

Curatissima struttura affacciata sul mare

Piccola perla nel bel mezzo del nulla. Curatissimo il posto e molto piccolo, circa 140 ospiti max, il che conferisce un'atmosfera molto familiare, struttura dedicata alle famiglie e consigliatissima per chi ha bambini piccoli, meno per chi cerca altri svaghi. Necessaria la macchina per chi voglia visitare i dintorni, disponibili opportunità per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche, ma è obbligatoria la vettura per poterne fruire, arte, cucina, paesaggi e spiagge, a mio avviso non manca nulla come in tutta la Sicilia. La struttura è ideata e tenuta in maniera esemplare, personale cortese e disponibile oltre le aspettative, pulitissimo. Spiaggia molto bella, se non si pretende per forza la sabbia bianchissima della Sardegna, mare che degrada dolcemente per un centinaio di metri, adattissimo ai bimbi piccoli. Cibo adeguato alle aspettative, non eccellente ma sicuramente all'altezza delle aspettative, validissimi gli chef, il personale di cucina e tutti i ragazzi in sala. Tutto il personale davvero cortese e disponibile. Unica vera pecca la piscina, tenuta pulita e in ordine dal bagnino Riccardo, ma in condizioni precarie tali da essere pericolosa, diversi tagli ai piedi di grandi e piccini, anche non lievi. Parcheggio quasi assente. Giudizio complessivo molto positivo, esperienza consigliatissima e da ripetere.

das Hotel entspricht den 4 Sternen

Sehr schönes, kleines, ansprechendes Hotel mit sauberem Pool und privatem Sandstrand incl. Sonnenliegen. Einzig das Frühstück könnte bei dem Preis vielfäliger sein... Es werden zwar ein paar frische Früchte angeboten, allerdings nicht aufgeschnitten. Mit Buttermesser sind diese kaum zu bewältigen... Die Frühstückseier sind eiskalt :( Standardkäse, Salami und Schinken. Angeboten wird zum Frühstück noch Kuchen, Joghurt und ein paar Müslisorten. Der Kaffee ist perfekt! Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, die Zimmer einladend mit schönem Bad, die Dusche ein Traum :) Kann ich nur empfehlen....

Un peu deçue

Déçue par la chambre qui n'était pas très grande, il n'y avait pas de rideau occultant, donc on était réveillé tous les matins à 7h en raison de la lumière dans la chambre. La salle de bain était belle mais la douche ne fermait pas, donc, inondation à chaque utilisation. Le patio, qui n'était pas privatif était inutilisable car en plein soleil toute la journée. Sinon, la plage était très propre, très agréable, la piscine était très grande, il y avait beaucoup de transats autant à la plage qu'à la piscine. Le restaurant était très bon et les serveurs adorables, coin bar agréable. L'hôtel était très calme.

Négatif : - Les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses (en particulier avec un lit enfant ajouté, on a tout juste la place de passer entre les 2 lits) - La douche ne ferme pas (ni paroi, ni rideau) : c'est l'inondation à chaque utilisation - Une grande partie du personnel ne maîtrise pas du tout l'anglais (ni le français à plus forte raison) : parfois difficile de communiquer - Le carrelage de la piscine se décolle à de multiples endroits, qui deviennent blessants (plein de coupures sur nos jambes & pieds) - Les jacuzzi sont froids : quel dommage (tout le temps vides durant notre séjour en juin) - Aucune indication au bar des boissons autorisées avec la formule "pension complète + boissons"... Dans notre cas, toutes les boissons que nous avons prises au bar ont été facturées en sus. - Le WiFi ne fonctionne en fait qu'à l'accueil (ni dans les chambres, ni au bar, ni à la piscine...) Positif : - Belles chambres, bien propres (ménage de qualité, fait tous les jours) - Belle piscine, avec suffisamment de transats et ombrage (+ matelas sympas & confortables pour accueillir une famille) - Belle plage de sable fin, baignade très agréable, assez de transats (dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de pédalo !) - Restauration de qualité (attention des kilos...) avec antipasti / primo piatto / secondo piatto à tous les repas - Animation assez discrète (dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu plusieurs fois le cours de sport à 17h...)

Buono, nel complesso. Non posso dire "ottimo" per via del parcheggio fattiscente. Per il resto è un posto ottimale per chi come me non ama la confusione, e per i bambini. Buono il vitto ed il personale tutto preparato e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo.
