Room wasnt ready even after they gave us the key to get in. I reserved 3 rooms, all the rooms smelled like urine or dirty mop water. My guests were embarrassed as well as I. Still waiting on the hotel to respond to hotels.com regarding my request!

Quality Inn Riverside near UCR and Downtown
Breakfast was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower handle fell off when I tried to turn it on, and the bathtub appeared to be old.

South Coast Winery Resort and Spa
People were eating in the hot tub . Room service is more like door dash- cold and comes in styrofoam boxes and a big paper bag. Lovely grounds ! Pool experience was disappointing but villas were nice and grounds beautiful. The Pinot Gris is delicious

Soboba Casino Resort
Overall best casino hotel experience I’ve had. All staff were so very kind. Shower size is great, facility is clean, and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again!

Murrieta Hot Springs Resort
Great resort with several amenities and lot of space to walk. A central lake very relaxing to observe. The staff was taking take care you have a great temperature in the hot springs. Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country
Our entry door had issues. Handle was broke, it worked 50% of the time. They have a top not maintenance guy who showed us a trick to get it open most of the time, he was great. You'd think they'd fix something like this for security reasons if anything.
