"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Location, hospitality, and everything else was beyond expectation. We were made extremely welcomed and valued as guests. The hotel is close to both main bus stations which made it a perfect location to travel around the island as well as around ciutadella for its history and access to food and drinks.
