"Staff at check in could not find booking confirmation in their system, I contacted CheapTickets support, they tried calling the property, to no avail. After an hour of waiting I just left. A joke of a hospitality."

"Before I go on with my review I would firstly like to say I have been travelling south east Asia for 3 months visited Thailand and Vietnam, I have not done things expensive either it has all been on a budget of £10 a night. The room we were given it had a terrible smell there were marks all over the walls, water marks and marks we had no idea. The Ac made loud noises and no cold air. The bathroom smelt damp had a hole in the ceiling and the shower head was dirty. There were ants and geckos in...

"It locates in convenience place providing good access not just to cafe, restaurants, convenience stores but also to train stations. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. My room was quite clean and looks new. Has good security too. No noise heard in the room.
I will certainly come back to stay."
