"We had a wonderful stay. Warm and welcoming staff, a true boutique experience that we were looking for. The location is great, not far from a water bus stop and has a convenient platform within the hotel for private water taxes. Breakfast is great and the restaurant is very nice. Would stay there again."

"The place was spotless, well equipment and very comfortable. Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My mum had difficulties to go all the way up the stairs to the second floor where our apartment was located and they changed us to the first floor as soon as they could."

"The room was perfect for what we needed. It’s quite rare to find a property with a double and two single beds. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and the hostess was really helpful with local information. I would recommend this place if wanting to visit Venice, we prefer escaping the bustle of the centre and escaping by water taxi to this quieter location for the night. The nearby restaurants and bars were great."
