"Overall, a very good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was great and we really appreciated the shuttle service (with towels, umbrellas and beach chairs) for our afternoon at the beach. I would definitely return, and the people we were visiting with also liked it, and intend to tell others that might be traveling to Naples."

"Exceptional experience. As you walk in the room, you are awestruck by a wall of blue ocean framed by a beautiful interior. The turn down experience was incredible, chocolates, sleep masks, slippers, and more. The massage at the spa was pricey, but one of the best quality massages I’ve ever experienced. The spa itself is a nice space as well, with a hot tub, cold plunge and other features that are elevated."

"The room was clean and staff so helpful. We enjoyed many reccomended places and things based on the staff at the front desk. It has everything you need and even extra things in case you forget. My husband had a zoom meeting in the front space and felt WiFi was excellent and it wasn’t crowded or noisy. We loved the place and will be back! Beds comfy. Stocked appliances and great sharp knife set!"

"We really enjoyed a break from Winter at Shangri- la. The organic yummy breakfasts were a great way to start the day there. Daily walks around the tropical gardens near the spring were lovely. We especially enjoyed the peace found in the small back patio of our room."

"This is a delightful place that is right in the center of everything. You can walk to numerous restaurants and lots of shops right outside the door. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are large with lots of counter space. There is a shuttle that goes to the beach, which takes less than one minute and they will take you and pick you up at any time as well as providing chairs and an umbrella. The pool area is perfect and there were always chairs available. This was our first time in Naples...
