"처음 배정받은 방은 베란다 장문이 잠기지 않았고. 차후 배정받은 방은 에어컨을 이용해 난방을 했는데 소리가 너무 시끄러워 계속 가동할 수 없어 춥게 잘 수밖에 없었다. 무엇보다 영어소통이 안되는 게 문제. 그러나 지배인은 어떻게든 문제를 해결해주려고 노력했다."
