"Great retreat, helpful staff, everyone did a great job despite of the high occupancy of the hotel during our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, special thanks to the patisserie chef for the great taste and wide variety. Dinner Buffet was great too, but the hotel needs to include basic drinks to the buffet, at least water should be added. Perfect clean large pool. "The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "
