"i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when...

"Owner nor management gave any thought of to inform multiple customers that they were rebooked/relocated to a completely different hotel (operated by the same owner). This is not something you have a front desk employee notify customers about the night they attempt to check in; on top of being relocated to a subpar, much smaller, less amenities, outdated, and inoperable room. All this with the guise of attempting to make it seem like I (the paying customer) was getting a deal by having only $40...

"Breakfast was not the best. Was looking for a hot breakfast only had cereal and toast."

"Tribble rooms"

"Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us."

"The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good."

"This has to be the worst place to stay in Las Cruces, the only reason we went was to use the pool and it was closed. The staff all had an attitude of it wasn't there fault and no management on site from Thursday to Sunday. They offer a business center that had no ink and when staff was asked to replace they said the ink was locked in managers office. We never got 1 day of room service and had to call for towels, toilet paper and trash bags daily. The cost of this run down hotel is not worth it....
