"Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice view. However, the curtains don’t block the sunlight well, making the room very bright early in the morning. Also, only hand soap was provided—no shampoo or shower gel, even though there were towels. As a result, I had to buy a €3.50 shower gel from the supermarket inside the reception, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some of the lights were broken."

"This property was really nice, and the room has a balcony. There are bus stops close by, and the property is located within walking distance to everything you need. There is a 24 hour bakery/shop next to the property. The staff were wonderful. "Stunning location, lovely Reception and balcony with view. Lovely pool, good gym. Lovely promenade and sea access. Nice room, slightly small. Misses a few key 5 * points - ordered a drink on arrival…once poured asked to pay as all inclusive check-in was 10 minutes later. Very strange. No pool towels distributed after 5pm - no discussion. Food distinctly average, white wine was terrible."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they met every request with professionalism and a smile. Definitely 5 star service and facilities. Would highly recommend. A special mention to the ladies at reception and Tanos in the restaurant. My husband had mentioned that we were travelling for my birthday and we had a lovely note, sparkling wine and cake in the room to welcome us, which was a lovely touch. Thank you!"

"This hotel really missed the mark on the basics I’d expect from a standard stay. There was a fridge, but you had to pay to actually use it. Even the communal iron required a deposit, and the toiletries were pretty much non‑existent. The room itself didn’t help much either. There were barely any power sockets, and the only two available were nowhere near the bed, which made charging anything overnight a bit of a faff. Breakfast was alright, nothing amazing, but decent enough. A bit more variety would’ve gone a long way. Overall, it’s a very average, no-frills hotel, which is fine if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect much more."

"What a shame, probably was a lovely hotel once upon a time. Now it’s tired and worn and definitely not a four star hotel. Pool closed and cordoned off . We arrived late last night to find reception manned fortunately but totally uninviting and straight away alarm bells rang as to what the condition of our room would be like. The room was actually clean, but creature comforts were lacking . A wooden stool for a dressing table chair. Two plastic chairs to sit on in the room after getting out of the more hardest uncomfortable bed possible. A park bench would have been more comfortable. The breakfast to be honest was ok plenty to choose from but again definitely not 4 star standards. If I had booked here for a holiday I would have been on the next flight home or found somewhere else to stay. It’s a great shame we have seen this hotel for many years in its day and it always looks lovely but now it’s just run down and tired .and definitely not recommended."
