"Where do I even begin? My stay at Sonder Hotel in Ksamil was nothing short of exquisite, a family-run boutique where you feel the care and attention to detail from the moment you arrive.
The room was beautifully appointed with automatic blackout curtains, a stunning bathroom with full wall mirror, vanity beauty mirror, marble double sinks, and a spacious shower. The bedroom, balcony, pool area, and wider facilities were equally impressive.
The food deserves a special mention. Chef Jev’s attention to detail was impeccable, every dish made fresh, full of flavour, and the team were happy to accommodate special requests and dietary requirements too. Breakfast was included and so delicious that despite being walking distance from Ksamil Beach, local bars, restaurants and a supermarket, I rarely ate anywhere else!
What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The family and staff were always warm, always on hand, and always willing to go the extra mile. As a first-time visitor to Albania on a birthday trip, they made me feel completely at home and even kindly accommodating a later checkout because I simply wasn’t ready to leave.
This is a 10 out of 10 hotel. I cannot wait to return. Thank you to the manager, Xheni, the family, and all the staff for an unforgettable stay. See you next time, Ksamil! 🙏"
"I booked this room the night before my stay... had a nice balcony, spacious room with a lot of storage. I was blown away at the value with the price I paid for the room and what was included. Great location near the beach and all the restaurants in the area. Very walkable from the ferry. "
"Stayed at this amazing resort. Everything about this day was amazing. The location is great with an absolutely stunning sea view. The sea beds were clean and the beach water was extremely clean and beautiful. The space is provided was very private and the pool water was clean as well. Our rooms were beautiful. We had a balcony and a sea view. The water temperature was perfect. the breakfast was very good and included all kinds of warm items including warm eggs omelette and then on the fresh side there were fruits and many other items. The staff was very kind, hospitable, and accommodating. We asked for a late checkout and they allowed this for us. They also have a Jacuzzi which you can get for a certain period of time one hour for each room everyone was very sweet and friendly. This was definitely a five star hotel experience. The parking spaces were limited. However they are extending their parking and opening in two days with the extended Parking. I had the time of my life and would have 100% recommend other others to come here. "
"Stayed one night in nobbu hotel with my husband. The hotel staff was very polite and kind and hospitable. They offered us an upgrade with a Seaview room. The room was clean and tidy and beautiful. Everything looked very up-to-date and newly built the location of the hotel was good, however the access was slightly difficult - but I have to admit this is a similar problem. You will find in most of the hotels in ksmail. The hotel had a dedicated basement Parking. They also included a breakfast which was good however that is one thing that can be improved a little bit. We had the breakfast around 10:30 am and the breakfast ends at 11 am so I’m not sure if that was because we started breakfast near the ending time but some of the things were a bit cold and I think the breakfast Overall can be improved a little bit. In terms of service the staff was very nice and accommodating. We did a late checkout and they accommodated this for us, and we also asked for a blanket as it was a little cold which they also provided to us late at night. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. "
"Being a solo traveller is not easy but the staff at the Hotel really looked after me. It was out of season so normal amenities should not have been available but I was still spoilt for choice when eating all meals and really looked after by Arind, which was especially appreciated. I may certainly look to revisit in perhaps September to enjoy the Hotel in full flow !"
"Great location, walking distance to the Corfu boats, nice hotel, nice view of the town / water / harbor, very nice and helpful staff, but, after asking them twice to fix the safe nothing happened. Nor was the front desk staffed all the time during daylight hours. To have to go to the restaurant and ask for help to check in and to fix a non workable key gets old very fast!! Railings by all stairs is a must for people that might have problems walking up and down stairs. You have to use stairs to get to the restaurant, not very good planning! "
"The hotel was new and well appointed. The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. However, the staff were particularly unfriendly bordering on rude. The breakfast was limited. The stairs were constantly wet. The area was under development and this was not mentioned in the hotel description. The area was not accessible to shops/restaurant on foot. Particularly hard for older people. "
