The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."

"My wife and I booked through Hotels.com at midday, before arriving at 10pm that night. The Manager had prepared the loungeroom for our stay, with no doors and a fold out sofa bed. Obviously we had booked a private room as advertised as available on their website. The location was quite remote so we agreed at stay. The Manager apologised blaming her failure to check the online booking system , but still charged us full price €70 for a fold out bed in a loungeroom. We were woken up early...

DIVERSAMENTE DA QUANTO ESPOSTO IN BACHECA, 8.30 - 9. 30 COSÌ NIENTE COLAZIONE. LENZUOLA VECCHIE, WATER MACCHIATO, STRUTTURA FATISCENTE PER TELEFONO, SGARBATAMENTE DICONO CHE CI RIMBORSERANNO 50 EURO. SPERIAMO SIA VERO ADRIANA DI SALVO "
