Bel emplacement. Près de tous les services. Notre hôtesse était très cordiale et avenante et nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter aux alentours.

Ideale per visitare la penisola sorrentina

Casa Stefania Residence rappresenta un'ottima scelta per chi desidera trascorrere alcuni giorni nell'incantevole penisola sorrentina. Meta è una bella cittadina, tranquilla, con una spiaggia spettacolare. La proprietaria del residence e suo figlio (sempre gentili e cordiali) ci hanno offerto indicazioni e consigli preziosi che ci hanno permesso di capire come spostarci in zona senza il minimo disagio! La stanza è davvero carina, con mobili nuovi e capienti. Pulizia impeccabile. Bellissimo l'esterno, con due terrazzini dove è stato piacevole intrattenersi e rilassarsi.

Quiet Location in a Picturesque Town

The room is rather large, with double bed, coffee table and sofa. The bathroom is convenient with shower and hairdryer. There is a little kitchenette and a seating place in the garden. The hosts are a lovely Italian family, of which we met the owner, her mother, her brother and his wife. They did their best to ensure our pleasant stay. We faced challenged mobile coverage and running water pressure. The WiFi was not received in the entire room area. Notice that in order for G***e maps to guide you, you should enter the address, not the location name.

Posto buonissimo come punto strategico per raggiungere i luoghi di maggior interesse,proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile,le uniche due pecche che la stanza "lime" non ha il bagno in camera e che le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni tre giorni,cosa veramente assurda visto anche la mini-vacanza nel periodo estivo(praticamente in quasi tre giorni fatti abbiamo dovuto dormire con le stesse lenzuola e pulirci con gli stessi asciugamani)

B&B= Bad Bed, perché di prima colazione non se ne parla proprio! E’, infatti, riservata a chi, prenotando direttamente, non fa scattare il pagamento della commissione. Per lo stesso motivo, non è consentito nemmeno fare il caffè nella cucina di uso comune- ( il caffè l’avevamo portato noi !)- peraltro attrezzata anche per cucinare! Il bagno- angusto e poco funzionale- non dispone di mensole di appoggio per alcunché e nemmeno la doccia: bagno schiuma e quant’altro per terra, in una cabina doccia taglia 40! Circa la posizione, il cancello di accesso è pericolosamente ubicato in una curva chiusa di una strada stretta( la META-AMALFI) e viene, continuamente, sfiorato da auto e, soprattutto, da numerosi e velocissimi pullmans turistici, per cui, prima di uscire, bisogna affacciarsi, poi scendere obbligatoriamente a destra fino ad avere una visuale che consenta di attraversare la strada, per poi rifare la strada a ritroso per raggiungere il bar e, finalmente- se non si è stati investiti- prendere il primo caffè della giornata: un po’ faticoso, trattandosi di una vacanza! D’altra parte, se è vietato fare il caffè nella cucina comune……

Staff was excellent, super friendly and speaks good English. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside is WiFi wasn't available everywhere in the room and it is a good distance from the heart of Sorrento. I recommend having a car or motorcycle if you plan on making daily trips to Sorrento.
