Meta beach was lovely and had some lovely bars and restaurants. It is not a tourist town, but everyone was really friendly. Would recommend also visiting Piano and Sant Agnello too.

"The room was spacious, is located 25 minutes walking from the Garibaldi square from where a lot of tours put the meeting point and where is located the train station, or 13 minutes walking from the metro Centro Direzionale. Also, the bus stop of line 130 is at the door of the hotel"

Meta is about 5 minutes on the train from Sorrento and about 20 minutes from Pompeii so a good bas3 to explore from. Although quite noisy during the day it is very quiet at night. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby and enough restaurants
