"During my 3 day stay breakfast was great!! The pool was clean and amazing! The room was clean and neat!! AC and Hot water was perfect!! Beds and pillows were comfy!! "I could not get checked in until 6:30pm, even though I had a reservation, because the rooms were not cleaned and ready. The young woman at the front desk would not put me in a 2 queen room as opposed to 1 king without an extra charge, so I had to wait. The keys she made always stopped working the next day. If you have to deal with someone at the front desk, try to deal with Mina, she is excellent, and my key had no problems after she made it. She is the only reason why I still gave staff a Good rating. "

"Its a horrible place to stay, I didn’t feel welcome cause no one was there to greet me. I had to call the customer service for help & they called property management to make them aware there was about 3 clients in the lobby waiting. I waited for about 25 minutes. Then once checked I get to my rooms and let me tell you it was the worse experience ever. My pictures will speak for themselves. I had to take my family & my business somewhere else. So much for my spring break getaway."

"Didn’t have accessible rooms. Bathroom just had rail near toilet. Tub n shower none. N the bed positioned blocked my wheelchair from entering bathroom. Staff tried but didn’t help much. Not ideal place for disabled travelers. "

"Internet was very poor, constantly up and down over the course of several days. Caused me to miss some important business last night as it was down completely. I called the front desk, only to hear they were working on it. Other than that, a nice place, but just don't depend on the wi-fi. "
