"Simple but fit our needs"

"room was clean, air conditioning was a little bit noise "

"Room has been renovated so it was nice enough but we spilled water on the floor and the towel was so dirty. We only got 2 washcloths and 3 towels for 4 days of stay. The coffee maker was broken. I contacted the place and they never came to fix anything or bring new towels when requested. The office was never open the entire stay. For the price I would have expected a little more "

"Only cleaned room once in 4 days. Even after asking twice. Front desk person clueless. Said call manager in 2 days. Lack of soap in room. Had to ask for towels. Staff needs training and proper management. Put adults on top floor and rowdy kids on bottom."

"We could not sleep in our room, the AC unit was making such a terrible shrieking noise. My husband and I were having such a hard time falling asleep, it was frustrating :( I eventually fell asleep early in the am, after putting a pillow on my head to try to block out the noise. The breakfast was also okay. I don’t plan on staying here when I visit Chelan again. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was excessive that we could only use it for an hour before needing to get out because our eyes...
