"The air conditioner was a little tricky to figure out, but other than that we genuinely had no issues. We felt very safe in our hotel and it was very clean! We especially enjoyed the water pressure and the comfortability of the bed! I really wish that I would have been able to try the spa, but due to construction and us having to leave Turin early, we weren’t able to. I also appreciated that the front desk helped us book a ride to the train station for when we were heading back to Rome. "

"There is no conventional reception desk: a visitor needs to be flexible and on board with communicating with the management through WhatsApp. But if you are, it is more than worth it: a wonderful location and the cleaning staff is prompt, thorough, and super tidy. "I have stayed in Residence Sacchi several times. They consistently provide excellent service. They offer apartments, not hotel rooms. The place is 4 blocks from the metro and railway station. Highly recommended."

"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."

"Séjour très agréable,nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires de l'hôtel malgré l'heure tardive très chaleureusement, ceux-ci nous ont conseillé un très bon restaurant pas très loin de l'hôtel. Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille.La sympathie de ce couple n'est pas feinte.Ils sont très sociables et gentils.
