I booked a single queen bed bedroom and it was a bit small. I didn’t mind it because I didn’t need any extra room but something to keep in mind. Perfect location just two blocks from the Centro. Breakfast was delicious with various options. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the shower had some mold and the doors didn’t close properly so water spilled on the floor. All in all it was a great hotel and I would definitely book again.

The staff was very helpcul. The concierge helped us with locating restaurants and places of interest that we were interested in seeing. The breakfast staff was so kind and helpful. We really appreciated all of their efforts in keeping the breakfast area very clean. Lastly, the location is second to none; right next to the Zocalo!

Nice location and great staff. They are all super helpful. The room was spacious and it had a comfortable desk and chair to work. I wish I could watch Netflix on the TV but the internet never connected to the TV for some reason. Any way, will come back!
