The hotel room was nicer than I expected. The bathrooms are clean and updated. Our room didn’t have an external lock so we had to place the chair perfectly under the door handle so it couldn’t be opened from the outside. The beds are hard as rocks and uncomfy.

During my stay at UNIKo LIVING ROMA. At the time of checking I got a room right by the elevator lots of noice. I asked the front desk to please change me to another room where it can be more quiet and be bake to rest. Front desk answers was there was no MORE rooms available. All of a sudden “bingo” I got a different room. When got to the new room I was facing the street and a club. I was not able to sleep the whole night lots of noice coming from outside. I was vwry disappointed of the location as well as the staff of the hotel with the accommodation in place. The location wasn’t the greatest.

El personal de recepción está desorganizado, cuando te estacionas, te piden tu llave, y alguien se estacionó adelante de mí, y que no encontraban su llave, mucho menos sabían de qué reserva era, ahí me tuvieron esperando y me tenía que ir al aeropuerto. Buscaron de nuevo y ahí estaban. Pero ya me habían jurado que no.

Es céntrico y accesible, con estacionamiento lo cual es muy conveniente; bien ubicado. Habitaciones amplias, personal amable, solo diría que se siente un poco encerrado, la ventilación es muy poca. Pero si me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Rente una habitacion deluxe, las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado lo que puede ser un conflicto al prender el jacuzzi ya que se humedese toda la habitacion y solo hay una pequeña ventanita que no es suficiente para quitar la humedad, el desayuno es incluido en el hospedaje aunque no es la gran cosa ya que solo es cereal y pan con mermelada o frutas y uno mismo debe lavar los platos que se usen, lo positivo es la localizacion del hotel, en mi experiencia hay mejores por el precio de este he inclusive un poco mejor ubicados.

Amazing room. Very comfortable bed. Very spacious. 10 out of 10 bedroom ! Towels, sheets absolutely top quality !
The only one thing that disappointed was the breakfast. There was no butter and no intention of replenishing after I asked. The food hospitality really low.
