This is honestly the best place I have stayed at in Mexico City. The location is premium and near to everything you want to see but what makes this place HIGHLY EXCEPTIONAL is the high level of service and attention you will receive from the staff. They are trully dedicated to making your experience amazing. Its an excellent place and again... Staff is just extraordinary, going above and beyond and giving the extra mile to provide you with an enjoyable stay.

Loved my stay here. Opted for a room with a balcony. You are in a city so you are going to hear traffic and sirens but is no different than staying in downtown Chicago. Room was very large and clean with both a table and a desk. Shower was nice and big and liked having toilet and shower in separate rooms. Reception was very friendly

Unassuming hotel along the outskirts of Polanco. The room was modern and minimalistic. I don't recall seeing in the booking that the room didn't have a window. Great room for the price though, not complaining. Close to several amazing coffee shops and restaurants. Close to Chapultepec Park and Castle. Close to the Main Street in Polanco, so shopping was easily accessible. Close to Roma Norte and Reforma. It was a great location that allowed us to easily get everywhere we wanted to be. We walked and Ubered. Staff was warm and available. CDMX is an amazing city. Not sure I'd stay here again though.

The place it's pretty unique minimalistic modern idea. Host did an amazing special note for birthday arrival, we really appreciate. Cleaning personal is honest and does a good job. Location of the stay is near lots of places to eat, malls or transportation. Safe area to stay. They have laundry room. Yet the street it's very busy day and night, so if your sensitive with noise request ear plugs they help a lot. I truly recommend this amazing stay in Polanco.

I believe they said that rooms with balconies are very noisy. Ours was one with a balcony. However, everything else was amazing and the staff were so friendly. The rooms were immaculate and the air conditioning was ice cold. An amazing place to say.
