"La hacienda no tiene instalaciones de 4 estrellas, el restaurant muy feo, la decoración muy básica, la capacitación del personal muy muy básica. Para no hacer el cuento largo mejor perdimos el dinero y nos fuimos a otro lugar."

"Internet was poor, TV wasn’t working, restaurant was understaffed and food was cold. Had to request help each time we needed something. Poll was cold and so was jacuzzi. They don’t want to invest in a heat pump for spa. They use solar tubes to heat water so always Luke warm. Beautiful location but ..."
