"There was a lot of dirt on the floors in both the bedroom and bathroom area. There were visible stains on the bedding and a strong strange smell looming in the room."

"When we got there things seemed ok! Time to go to second floor and the stairs are steep so the guy behind the desk said he'd carry our bags up and told us to dial '0' in the morning and they'd send someone up to carry them down. The problem was when we got to the room the phone had dial tone but you couldn't call out on it. No number whatsoever, including '0'. We went to the bar and grill on-site. Very good drinks and food. First server we had was spot on! She told us she would only be our server for a short time until someone else came in. The second server (long dark straight hair) we had sucked. She took care of the table next to us really well but literally walked past us minimum 5 times with empty glasses. We were don't eating for more than 15 mins before we finally had to flag her down and ask for our bill. Would have stayed and had a couple more drinks but by that time we were over it. It was clean except for th hairs in the sink and shower. Pool area was clean. In the morning I went to the desk to ask for someone to carry our bags down and the guy working the desk was not polite and rolled his eyes when I asked. I told him not to worry about it that I would carry both bags down because my friend had ankle surgery last year and she was scared to take hers down. "

"It was a good stop over. Unfortunately I arrived at a late hour and was assigned a room which was a lot further out than I would have liked. One closer to the main would have beeen appreciated more. To the young lady at front desk who checked me out on my departure, thank you for your cheery and kind assistance. The staff helped when I got lost and I appreciated it."

"Breakfast was $20 they stated but my receipt states $35 Room was doable- booked because it was near the port for cruise."

"Our stay in the luxury suite on the 40th floor was absolutely incredible. The panoramic views overlooking Miami Harbor were breathtaking both day and night, and truly made the experience feel special. The pool amenities exceeded expectations — there were always plenty of lounge chairs available, along with separate sitting areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling crowded. The dining experience was top notch from start to finish. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the afternoon snacks and drinks were such a thoughtful touch that added to the luxury feel of the stay. The location was also perfect for anyone heading out on a Miami cruise. Everything was convenient and stress-free, making this hotel an ideal choice before or after sailing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami."
