Clean room. Easy check-in/check-out process. Alton Rd. is an underrated location. Lots of great restaurants on West Avenue. For the price, I was very pleased with my accommodations. Would consider booking there again.

The location itself was a bit confusing at first, the rooms are above a stairwell right above a restaurant so it took us a second to find lol. But once we figured the gate out it was smooth sailing from there. The gate has a code for some extra safety, as well as the front door leading to the rooms, and your personal door itself. There was a total of 3 locks, as a young woman safety was never questioned. I booked my stay pretty last minute literally the day of, and staff were on it about reaching out to me and making sure everything went smoothly which I loved. The rooms were very clean and super nice. I was very pleased with my stay and will DEFINITELY be booking here again!

The room was spotless and access was very easy. Communication with the staff was easy as well. There’s a lot of noise from the traffic on the street below.. we reserved a parking spot through SpotHero two blocks away so that was very convenient. we attended an event in Miami and this property was extremely close to the venue.

I want to start by stating it wasn’t a bad stay, it was a little confusing when trying to get inside because they delayed giving me the information so I had to ask a guest that was already there if they can help me get in and reach out to management. Then there was bed bugs and roaches inside while I was staying there which made it completely uncomfortable because I didn’t want to leave any of my belongings out. I tried reaching out several times and heard from someone maybe once, but they never reached back out to me to follow up on anything. I delayed writing a review about the property in hopes they would reach back out and never heard anything from anybody!!!! I do not do bugs at all and it kinda ruined my start of my trip! I sent photos and proof of everything and still nothing!!! Can’t say I would recommend staying here because I feel like it’s just inconvenient to have to deal with these issues.
