Room was very large and clean. We had no hot water, but staff quickly provided us with another room to shower. They also comped us breakfast. Breakfast selection was small, but adequate for free breakfast. Room had a very nice bathroom. We also had a sitting room and a very large balcony.

Staff was amazing, almost everyone of them can talk in Spanish so that’s a plus, and they were so nice. The room was super comfortable and clean with a good view. (I was in the 14th floor) I didn’t get to eat in the restaurant at the hotel, but the menu looked good and the prices are reasonable for being in Miami.

We stayed the night before a cruise and it had some of the best scented soap and shampoo that I have used in a hotel. It was extremely trendy and the bed was super comfortable. No compliance here! I would definitely stay there again

Very clean, beds super comfy, front desk staff very prompt and helpful. Checked in early as our flight was early, our room wasn’t quite ready so they held our bags while we went to have lunch. They called 20 minutes after we left to say our room was ready. When we got back later to check in, they had upgraded us! Second time staying here before our cruise, and would stay again!
