Called 3 times because I had an issue and none of the first 2 agents knew what they were telling me and both gave me wrong information not to mention I got put on hold over and over one again like they kept on rerouting my call to the automated system. I even got put on hold for 10:00 min without even being asked for my information. called the third time then ANNE answered and everything was so smooth...
