This is the ONLY hotel within the deco district on Ocean drive that includes your breakfast in the morning - and we called all of them! All other hotels charge over $25 extra PER PERSON for breakfast. We loved staying here, and would stay here again in a second! Staff was very helpful and welcoming always, cleaning service comes in every day to make your bed and change out your towels, etc. Located right across from the beach and all activities.

The room had a certain smell, it wasn’t bad but maybe a chemical smell from the cleaning products. Hotel is located in a high foot traffic zone, so just be aware of the noise levels. It’s not the best hotel, certainly not the worst that I’ve stayed in. However, it got the job done for 1 night stay. The air conditioner was on the entire time as well and kept the room extra cool. The entire strip of Ocean drive where this hotel is located is highly convenient with shops, and restaurants. If you were to ask me if I would stay again, personally it’s a no from me, due to the noise level, and the properties condition.

Location, location, can't be beat! Right on Ocean Drive on the neon-lit Art Deco stretch and right across the street from awesome beach. Enjoyed the stay in this boutiquish hotel in spite of sometimes raucous street noise below. Room was comfortable but the bathroom was comically small (seriously!) but things functioned ok, even if you needed to utilize the fixtures sideways. The hotel's valet parking was crazy expensive; we used a city parking garage one short block away (7th and Collins) which had an overnight rate of just $20. The voucher breakfast provided for three basic options that weren't fancy but started the day ok. Note that the voucher includes only one cup of coffee, strictly enforced; no warm-ups. Frankly, we found that really petty in an otherwise pleasant experience. Sidewalk restaurant seating could be windy during our stay; there are tables inside. Note that happy hour two-fer "drink specials" are per person, not to be shared, and are pretty consistent at all properties on the Ocean Drive strip. Aside of a couple of quirks, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the Majestic again.

Great location, but loud music goes on into the night so not for those wanting an early night. Partial seaview room was pushing the description a bit, we had to open the window and hang out of it to see the sea. But overall the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay
