Any packages/boxes larger than a carrier envelope and up to 40 pounds (18.1 kilograms) in weight will be subject to a one-time storage and handling fee of USD 10. The hotel was in fairly poor condition, but they were going through a renovation, so I'm hoping that once the construction is done it'll be a fair hotel to stay at. The biggest disappointment were the elevators, while there were 3 elevators working, one was most utilized by the construction staff, the other two could sometimes take 10 minutes before the elevator would arrive. The TVs were the old CRT screens and the amenities in the room were lacking.

Not Good!

One elevator was working at check out, waited 30 minutes to get on. There was construction that started banging at 7:00am. There is not a shuttle to the Miami port. Restaurant was way over priced. My recommendation is save your money and stay at a Best Western.

The place is pretty outdated and not clean. My room was horrible I wanted to leave the place but was only there for two days so I sucked it up! The room smelled like mildew and the furniture was just old. This place should look to update its rooms.

hotel com quarto sujo, cortina com manchas de sujeira, ducha não estabiliza a graduação de quente e frio não consegui tomar banho, equipe de recepção externa péssima, estava com p braço quebrado e o funcionário que estava na frente do hotel não ajudou, carpete e corredor do andar cheirando mofo e cigarro, enfim foi uma esperiencia ruim ter me hospedado com as minhas filhas neste hotel

Hotel en travaux,non entretenu, monte-charge pour les clients avec longue attente vu que seulement 2 sur 4 fonctionnent,téléviseur d’une autre époque,vitrage laissant passer le froid, pas de couvertures ni oreillers dans les placards et de plus , pas de réponse de votre part à ma question avant le départ. Parking payant . Je vous demande un dédommagement pour les préjudices occasionnés pendant ce séjour

No sleep

It’s wasn’t so well the room wasn’t in good shape. And the construction noise was out of this world. It wasn’t construction outside the hotel. This was work being done in the hotel. I just wish I knew before check in. I couldn’t sleep at all
