The room we booked with kitchen but the given was a small studio room, very old looks like and dirty. No staff was available and taking responsibility to find another room as we booked with kitchen. We were traveling with small kids and faced challenges for food. Not a good experience at property. Requesting Expedia to look in to it and compensate us asap. Thank you.

The room was in the worst shape I have ever seen floor in bathroom and entryway was terrible unit was dirty towels and sheets were stained. Multiple people left and refused to stay there no elevators were working and we took service elevator and workers were speaking badly of us in Spanish for using the service elevator we speak Spanish so we understood it all. They Charge for literally everything.

Paid for late checkout due to not being able to check into our other hotel until later and 3 staff were outside our door during our paid time waiting for us to leave even though we had at least 30 minutes left until our checkout. Reached out to host to see if they would try to make amends and they never responded. Trip insurance didn’t help either as “dirty” rooms apparently were not covered.

The room literally had mold on the walls and in the bathroom. Missing light fixtures, dirty towels etc. it was so gross, and so difficult to breathe inside the room that we cut our three-day stay to just a few hours and checked out immediately. Expedia helped us get a refund for the last 2 days, but the hotel refused to refund the first. Would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances.
