This is consistently my favorite place to stay in Miami. Found some new spots nearby in South Beach and took much better advantage of the location this time around. It was also quite quiet during my trip this time which was great. I’ve stayed here twice now and will certainly make it a third in the future!

This property was a very nice place for our vacation. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and available at all times. The accommodations were clean and close to everything in south beach. We would stay here again.

Room was kind of falling a part. Bed was squeaky. Kitchenette didn’t have a sink. While the staff was friendly, they didn’t follow through with requests. But, great location. Touch pad keys made a 1 am arrival easy. Price matched the quality.

The room felt neglected toilet seat dirty with urine under the seat . Rusty shower and sink . Floors feeling like it’s about to cave in . Only one wash cloth and plenty of hand towels . NO ELEVATOR!!! NO ELEVATOR!! No staff when I arrived to help me with check in … I had to call customer service . Morning staff was very friendly…

All else is fine and location great but AC kicks on centralized in the middle of the night and you CANNOT stop the flow of freezing high powered air. For me that made it impossible to sleep.

We had a very poor stay. The in-room Wi-Fi was unsecured, which made it impossible for us to work remotely, and there was excessive noise from neighboring rooms until after 3 am, so we couldn’t sleep properly. Because of these issues, we left after one night and requested a refund for the remaining two nights. The front desk directed us to contact Expedia. Although the hotel manager verbally agreed to the refund, the hotel did not respond to Expedia’s follow-ups. Expedia ultimately resolved the refund, but the overall experience with the property was extremely frustrating. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

We are 2 adults and two children our room has one queen bed and sofa. Sofa was terrible, room hasn’t cabinets and air conditioner control is not our room. Floor smells bed. Room door was making sounds. Two days was look like honor.

Location is excellent. Easy walkable to south beach. Good environment around. Property itself is very old, stinks, no lift, but manageable. Room smells so bad like suffocating. Cannot keep window open as they dont have latch. No balcony. No fresh air. Dirt on the floor. Terrible old spring mattress. Very very small room. No closet. Would try some other property next time, not this.
