"Reserved a room with an ocean view/balcony, upon arrival to our room, we immediately went to see that ocean view just to be disappointed with a view of the building next door and all the hvac units. It was one of those, if you hang off the balcony like Spiderman you'd be able to see the ocean, ocean view. The check in staff laughed and thought this was funny but she didn't offer an upgraded room even at an additional charge, just an 'it is what it is' attitude. We were bummed since we were coming from Michigan and it was a really s crappy view but figured we weren't going to be in the room the whole time anyway. We went to Solara and found that one part was an exclusive paid area only after finding a seat and hanging out for a bit. When were were told to leave basically, we were grabbing our things and my husband stepped on a loose tile, which in turn ended up breaking his toe because the tile popped up and he kicked it with his other foot. We did report it to security, who inspected it and found there were multiple loose tiles. They were kind enough to offer us a free drink or breakfast. The resort itself was pretty awesome and exactly what a resort in the movies looks like. I would give the resort another go, even with the disappointments."

"Love the view, the location, the balcony, the cleanliness, and attentiveness of the staff. The dj and pool parties also bring the liveliness of Miami to your balcony some days. This was our second time staying here and I would definitely recommend. We will be returning on our next trip to Miami."

"+Ve: Hotel rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent with great service, it is busy but they have an effective system in place to get you seated and served no issue. Good location in Miami Beach. Hotel staff are friendly, the downstairs cafe and bar is nice. Hotel gym is clean and well equipped. -Ve: Hotel pool is very busy and sunbeds are on top of each other. Only disappointment is the daily resort fee charge approx. $56 which covers the use of the hotel facilities, or if it’s not in your hotel booking rate you will be charged this as an addition at check in. The nightly hotel rate should include a total rate which includes using the facilities as standard, for more transparent pricing. In addition if you use the hotel beach loungers you will be charged an additional $38 for an umbrella, or go without. I think this its cheap to charge hotel guest for use of sun umbrella as a hotel guest, especially considering the ‘daily resort fee’ charge."

"The property renovation is great and the pool area is good. The rooms amenity are lacking because there are no microwave or larger refrigerator for a time share property. The food prices are way high. The restrictions to purchase outside food and eat by the pool should be change. The pool towels are to small and low quality."

"The room was perfect with an amazing view! They had snacks and drinks already stocked in the fridge including alcohol (overpriced). All rooms have a fully functional kitchen with dishes. I was impressed that each room also had a stackable washer and dryer. The only complaint would be the pull out sofa didn't have bedding already in the room and the blanket was super thin when they brought everything up, but in all fairness, we could've gotten a two bedroom.( it would have been a lot more $) The pool area and gym were amazing, there are many places to relax and get drinks and it's super close to so many shops and entertainment. We could've gotten walk everywhere. Highly recommend, I will be back!"
