"The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. There were holes in the wall, paint chipped everywhere, bathroom literally looked like someone just threw paint on the walls. There was paint on fixtures, on the toilet, the sink. The flooring had been replaced so terribly it was bubbled. Absolutely a mess of a room!!! They should be absolutely embarrassed to put anyone in this room and actually have them pay for it. The “closet” was literally plywood that was slapped w/paint so poorly that the paint had ran down the sides & dried into thick lines of paint. The headboard to the bed wasn’t even securely connected to the wall, the room chair had rips in it, the TV barely had channels we could watch, &the mini fridge was lit up all night because the light on the inside didn’t shut off when the door was shut. The smell that hit you in the face when you entered the hallway, coming and going, was repulsive. It literally took my breath away because it was so horrid! The air fresheners that were plugged in everywhere only made it worse and it didn’t mask the smell of poor cleanliness. The property manager really needs a crash course in hospitality &insuring that customers are truly taken care of. An incident happened on this property w/the elevator dropping &crashing to a stop in between floors, fire department had to extract us &others from the top of the elevator because it was not working properly &unsafe. We had to seek out the manager for communication!POOR Management!"

"Electrical outlets were all lose an some didn’t work. Pool needed cleaning. Staff was friendly. It was okay for one night but probably wouldn’t stay any more "

"Pool was great, the restaurant went open was fantastic and the location was nice to not be in a super tourist state area. There were very limited options for food however, all the options that were available were absolutely amazing and all within walking distance."

"Staff were great. I told them so when there . The hotel needs a renovation big time. Carpets were filthy and my room included. Had to turn a couch pillow over in order to sit on it & even then placed a towel down. Everything was shabby & needs replacement. "
