Great place to stay. The host was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions. They even went out of their way to arrange a high chair and a crib for our baby. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!

I had a great host. Easy check in. I’m so thankful that the apartment I had was kept nice and clean because the google reviews scared me. There are a lot of good vibes within walking distance. I was on the 38th floor great view and also had a view of the water as well. Over all I’ll give my stay a 9.5/10

This place has a lot of potential. The space was large including 2 bathrooms. There was also a balcony with a great view and the location was good. That is the positive.. This beautiful balcony didn’t have furniture so there was no where to sit to enjoy the great view. . The bathrooms were very outdated and there were hairs on the floor. The quilt on our bed hadn’t been washed and had the remnants of what looked like a pizza dinner on it. Luckily I could wash it in the washer. There was not an espresso maker but rather a tiny Mr Coffee Machine. Not sure about a blender but very unlikely unless it was hidden away in a random cabinet but most of those were empty. The ice maker was broken. There wasn’t a key fob so each time you wanted to come back into the hotel you had to have someone from the front desk let you in and then again into the elevator. The owner was notified about the key fob but told us a key would work- not true. We arrived at the rental at 3 but couldn’t get in until 4:30. After a lot of calls to both Expedia and the owner , we finally got in. The owner didn’t return our first 3 calls but did respond via email eventually. Overall as I said, a lot of potential even though outdated. Simple fixes like inexpensive outdoor furniture, a better cleaning person, a key fob and an ice maker would make this place great especially for the money.

Place is nice, its big and the view is amazing!! You can litteraly watch the city come to life from the balcony. The bathroom needs a remodeling asap and the drive up for parking is a bit of a bummer but all in all very nice and clean spot. 2nd time staying in the building and would deff book this one again.

The host is very communicative!!! Made sure everything was going well with check in and check out, even offered to answer any questions or advice on things to do around Miami. Both checking in and out was extremely seamless. The view is nice! I would definitely recommend staying.

Very good value for the price! Check-in process is a little different than a typical hotel, but host is super friendly. Be sure to follow the instructions and reach out 24hrs prior to ensure a smooth check-in. "Hotel room" (actually an apartment) was super clean and a nice quiet space in the hustle and bustle of Brickell.
