Son emplacement est excellent pour ceux qui souhaitent être au coeur de l'activité de Miami Beach. Le personnel est génial. L'hôtel nécessite simplement un peu d'entretien intérieur et un effort plus important sur la propreté.

Hotellet var ok med enkel standard. Gode senger men oppgraderingsbehov. Beliggenheten var utmerket med gådistanse til restauranter , museer etc. Service og oppfølging var dårlig. Eksempel: Vi spurte 4 ganger om å få en ekstra pute. Det ble opplyst at det skulle vi få, men først etter 4de forsøk fikk vi vite at de ikke hadde noen.

Service excellent, staff very friendly and accommodating, room recently updated and clean, great location. First impression was not good because carpet in elevator and hallways was stained more than one would expect it should be.

Didn't like the moldy smell. Facilities are in need of tlc. The walls have multiple paint damage from suitcases and the windows are old. The windows are not sound proof. Not worth the money. Will not recommended. The lady at reception was the best part of the hotel!

Great location with excellent amenities!

Everything was great about this location (4 hotels in a row). Excellent service, nice fitness center with mostly working equipment. Continental breakfast or option of 15% off the diner across the street.

we were overcharged significantly be expedia. Upon arrival at the hotel the price would have been 3x less than what was quoted by expedia. Which they locked us into and were not willing to do anything for us. The problem was not the hotel, but dealing with the thieves at expedial. I will NEVER use expedia again.

The hotel was quite old but had a aged charm to it. Nothing fancy but we were out all day and just sleep there one night. We did not use the pool but it looked great We were told about the diner across the street which gave us a 15% discount which was great.

Pictures were deceiving. Room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. Amenities were NOT worth the high resort fee. Good location and there was staff all over the place and they were all friendly and helpful. Building was outdated and not maintained very well. Pool was okay. Needs a good cleaning.

Overrated

1-2 stars hotel. The inside is old and makes ones feels dirty. The outside is filthy. Trash cans are very small and we overfill them everyday. Hotel allows pets but the cleaning people wouldn’t enter and clean with the small dogs inside. Hotel needs renovation (inside). Towels were hard. Location is very good. It was not cheap per night.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Gute Restaurants in der nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Das Badezimmer vorallem die Dusche war praktisch nicht sauber. Es waren überall noch Haaren an den Wänden von Fremden. Die Decke hatte Flecken welche nicht zu übersehen waren.

방음 정말 하나도 안되고 위층에서 걸어다니기만 해도 삐걱거려요.. 밖에서 작게 말하는 소리도 다들리구여^^ 4성급이고 가격도 꽤 나가는 호텔인데 그거에 비해 실망스러웠어여. 방이랑 화장실도 작아요. 중간에 청소는 꼼꼼히 안해줬지만 그래도 시설이 깨끗하긴 합니다.

Peklo v Miami

Naprosto nejhorší a nejdražší volba hotelu při naší cestě na Floridu Do hotelu jsme dorazili v 17h. To ještě nebyl pokoj připravený. Slíbili, že bude za 20min. Tak jsme si řekli alespoň o ručníky, aby mohli jít děti k bazénu. Po 30min jsme si o ručníky šlí říct znovu a konečně je dostali. V 18h se personálu podařilo nám připravit pokoj. Zavazadla jsme měli uložená na recepci, tak že nám je přivezou na pokoj. Dali jsme si sprchu a v 18.30 jsme je stále neměli. Tak jsme vyrazili na procházku na Ocean Road, na reepci slíbili, že doručení zavazadel zařídí. Ve 20h jsme se vrátili a zavazadla stále nikde. Po další urgenci je přivezli ve 20.30. I když jsme měli rezervovaný pokoj pro šest lidí, tak jsme zde měli 3 ručníky (to už jsme ani neřešili, měli jsme ručníky k bazénu) a povlečení jen pro 4. Ve 20h nahlášeno na recepci a po půl hodině přinesl zřízenec 1!!! povlečení. Po mé již poměrně hlučné reklamaci přinesl po dalších 20min další. Ráno snídaně - opět nejhorší snídaně jakou jsme na Floridě dostali. Kdyby jsme ji neměli v ceně, dost bych litoval kdybych měl platit 10/16USD. Pokoj špinavý, kvůli poloze postele se nedali otevřít dveře do skříně. Personál se sice snažil, ale buď je jich málo, nebo jsou neschopní. A ještě nám naúčtovali navíc nějaký RESORT FEE v ceně 30USD. Při rychlosti jakou fungovali, jsem již neměl sílu cokoli řešit. Za nás jediné pozitivum je pěkná poloha.
