"The property is about 1hr 30mins from Zanzibar town, however is spacious and great place to relax. They have a private beach and the water is turquoise and white sand. "Vi havde generelt et godt ophold. Servicen var god, og de ansatte var imødekommende og kommunikerende. Værelset var fint, og AC virkede upåklageligt. Eneste minus var badeværelset, som var uden afskærmet brusekabine og bestemt ikke lever op til standarden for et godt hotel. Hotellet har god beliggenhed helt ned til havet, og stranden er dejlig og umiddelbart mindre turistet end andre steder på Zanzibar. "

" Wonderful Stay at Maya Hotel Resort! I had an amazing experience at the Maya Hotel Resort during my 7-day stay. My first impression wasn’t the best, as we arrived at night, and I couldn’t see the ocean because the tide was out. However, in the morning, the water returned, and with better lighting, I was able to fully appreciate the beauty of the resort. The staff were absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was good, though there’s definitely room for improvement. One suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast menu, as it was the same every day. Despite these small areas for improvement, my overall stay was amazing, and I would definitely recommend Maya Hotel Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I would love to visit again! "
