"Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. They truly were the stand-out. However, I would never stay here again for a few reasons. Above all, our room was dirty and run down. There were broken hooks hanging off the wall, stains all over the furniture, stains and holes in the sheets and bedspread, and several bugs. Additionally, the inside of the windows and the area around the air conditioners were filthy. Beyond the cleanliness, the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations - although there were no signs of renovations happening (nothing taped off, no signage, no one working on anything, etc.). This was particularly frustrating, because we chose a hotel that specifically had a restaurant, and not only was there no mention that the restaurant was closed when we booed there was also no mention of this on their site when I confirmed the hours of the restaurant less than 24 hours before we arrived. "

"Pros :Overall we still enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. The best part was the shower. Perfect water pressure! Cons: Casino was very Smokey to the point we had to leave. Room was dirty specially the rug under the bed and the bathroom. Our tv speaker was awful. "

"This hotel was beautiful! The location was perfect! We stayed on the 12 floor and were even able to watch the fireworks on a Friday night from the Tigers game! The staff were all kind and helpful. I will be staying here again! "

"Clean room with two king beds. That is the only thing I can praise. The soundproofing is really terrible, we could clearly hear conversations along with constant screaming and laughing from other guests on our floor. Our room was arranged facing the elevator, so early in the morning, we could hear housekeeping or room service carts constantly moving in and out, the refrigerator keeps beeping. Add to that the guest upstairs possibly running around or packing up, and children frolicking on the beach, I hope I can upload videos so that you can feel how racket it is. The hotel lacks a dining room, so breakfast is delivered in individual paper boxes left right outside your door. Don’t worry about finding a place to have breakfast inside your room, because you won’t end up eating any of it anyway, a store-bought,400 calorie muffin, some yogurt, a carton of orange juice, and a single orange. Even the eggs were pre-packaged convenience items, not a single item in the box was made fresh on site. By the way, we bought the ice cream in front of the check in desk, tasting good. "
