There were great amenities nearby and located not far from the Nishi-Shinjuku station made transportation easy. We also appreciated the large and lively central park across the street. Lots of green space in the middle of a big city. "

"The hotel looks lovely from the outside and lobby but the rooms feel very stuffy and the bathroom didn’t feel clean. Staff did not communicate well in English and the breakfast was the same every day and not very good. I felt for the cost we paid wasn’t really worth it. We spent 5 nights with another couple and tbey felt the same as we did. The location is very central to the shops and restaurants. The Lobby bar was also very nice with good service. "
